2500DA with Drive Assist
The 2500 Double Acting, piston, meter - mix system with Drive Assist is used for production potting where medium to high production throughput is needed. The system will process materials such as epoxy, urethane, and silicone with 1:1 to 20:1 ratio by volume either filled or unfilled. The in-line configuration of the metering cylinders allows processing materials with wide viscosity difference without affecting the accuracy of the ratio.
The DYNA-STAT®, a dynamic mix/dispense head provides consistent, high-shear, high-speed mixing, particularly important in foam applications. Disposable mix chambers eliminate the need for costly solvent flush used in conventional dynamic mixing devices. Consistent foam cell generation is achieved by precisely controlling the mixer speed with the use of a servo controlled drive motor. In addition the use of the servo drive assures exact repeatability of process requirements.
For open mold casting and molding the GPFR1000 gear metering system provides excellent ratio control and continuous flow to an open mold. The system is designed to process a wide range of urethane materials with on-board tanks or from drums. The system has adjustable ratio, variable flow control, a desiccant system for moisture control, along with remote no purge snuff-back dispense head.
